Coaching success is founded on the belief that the one being coached—you—are courageous, creative, and resourceful. You have unique strengths and experiences that can help you reach untapped professional and personal potential.
It's my job to believe in you, to listen deeply, and to ask powerful questions as we move forward with intention and focus towards success on your own terms.
If you’re ready to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be, then let’s connect.
By booking an initial complimentary discovery call, we’ll have the opportunity to get to know each other better. We can discuss where you are, where you’d like to be, and what changes and goals you’d like to pursue.
If we both share, listen, and feel like coaching is a good fit for both of us, then we can discuss coaching options that will continue to build momentum towards where you want to be.
LET'S TALKLong-term Coaching
Ongoing regularly-scheduled video or phone sessions, so you can build and keep momentum through intentional focus and engagement. Great for those who are driven and invested in their own hard-won progress and lasting change…while also avoiding derailment and a loss of momentum in the future.
Short-term Coaching
A fixed amount of video or phone sessions, so you can gain clarity before an important decision, accomplish a major goal, or supercharge a specific professional or personal season. Great for those who are eager to streamline their efforts towards purpose and impact…or who are seeking a kick-start towards a new chapter.
Single Sessions
An individual video or phone session to gain perspective before facing a unique challenge or opportunity. Great for those who are seeking a supportive and honest objective perspective from someone who can listen and discuss a specific choice they face.
Prior to beginning coaching, I had been struggling with focusing and prioritizing tasks to achieve a work/life balance. I’m also in the midst of turning a hobby into a profession. Mike has helped me navigate through both specific client challenges as well as the long-term goals of where I’m heading. As someone trying to live an examined life, Mike has been a sounding board for working out existential issues and offering valuable feedback.
Mike’s approach to coaching is down-to-earth and not intimidating, which creates the safe space for free conversations. He’s very present and empathetic. Being an excellent listener, Mike is able to untangle what he’s hearing in real-time and present it back to you with clarity along with his own insights.
Talking through specific challenges has made them easier to overcome. Being able to freely air out ideas (both good and terrible) is a big part of that, too. Often, I walk away with more clarity and structure for what I need to make happen, and I feel more positive as a side effect.

Creative Director
Before working with Mike, I was struggling with work/life balance, making my needs a priority, and operating at my greatest potential while at work. Our work together has helped me gain some valuable insight into how I think, what my motivations are, and what could be holding me back from greater success.
Mike is easy to talk to. There’s no judgment or preconceived notions as to who you are supposed to be. His only concern is getting you to be the best you can be. Coaching with Mike has been exactly what I needed.

Realtor
Through our sessions, I’ve moved from putting too much pressure on myself and never really thinking I deserve what I have to the realization that I have worked hard for it and that I should be happy with what I’ve earned. It’s also helped me see the bigger picture of what lies ahead and how I plan to achieve it. It’s been a game-changer in helping me communicate at home, too, making sure we stay prepared and on the same page for all the crazy weeks we face.
Mike has helped me hone my organizational skills, control my anger, and harness my motivation. It’s not therapy, but I always feel better after a session. It’s an important part of my growth as a person, not only professionally, but personally. It’s something I look forward to and something I need to get me to where I want to be as a person and a professional.

Fast-Forward Game Changers

Embrace Responsibility
You agree to own the goals you set. You realize your strength and resourcefulness can drive your progress. I’ll be in your corner, but results will only come if you’ll roll up your sleeves and do the hard work.
Tell It Like It Is
We’ll create a safe, supportive space in our coaching discussions. You agree to use that space to be honest and real enough that our work together can reach its most impactful potential.
Recognize Your Worth
It may seem selfish at first, but investing your best time and energy in yourself can lead to ripple effects at work, in life, and throughout relationships.
Trust Effort Over Time
Meaningful results require resiliency and commitment to an ongoing process. Momentum often begins with an initial kick-start of change. Coaching partnerships apply that momentum into bigger goals by sticking to hard work and development for the long haul.
Keep a Light Grip
While we’re doing important work, you understand that it’s counterproductive to take things (yourself included) too seriously. Having fun, staying curious, and even embracing a playful sense of adventure will make your progress more enjoyable and sustainable.
Let It Go and Bounce Back
When you fail, stall out, lose your focus, or don’t bring your A-game, you’re willing to choose forgiveness over shame. Choosing to fail forward instead of dwelling on defeats, you agree to hop back in the saddle, point the arrow back in the right direction, and re-engage with small acts to build meaningful momentum again.
If you’re interested in knowing more about working with me, you're invited to send me a message to get things started. I’ll contact you within 24 hours to arrange an initial free conversation or to answer any questions.
